Grass Valley LDX 86 HISPEED Overview
3X High Frame Rate Camera for Slow-Motio
The LDX 86 HiSpeed (HS) 3X/1X camera is the perfect solution for live sports and entertainment productions. The direct successor of the LDK 8300 Super SloMo camera, it offers up to 3X speed operation in 1080i and 720p, with an additional 1X standard-speed “live” output for seamless integration with standard-speed cameras used in a production. it also includes AnyLightXtreme for flicker-free images when used with artificial lighting. You also get extended color gamut supporting ITU-R BT.2020 and the option to software upgrade to enable 15 F-stops of high dynamic range (HDR) in single-speed operation. For confined spaces, the LDX C86 Compact HiSpeed camera provides identical performance to the LDX 86 HiSpeed (except for AnyLightXtreme, extended color gamut and HDR) in a small package. Both the HiSpeed and Compact HiSpeed are software upgradable via GV-eLicenses on a 1-day, 7-day or perpetual basis to the LDX 86 XtremeSpeed and LDX C86 Compact XtremeSpeed cameras, respectively.
