TVU Era TE700 is the first portable contribution encoder. It features high-quality,
low latency and resilient live HD video encoding performance using a single
Ethernet connection. This makes the TE700 ideal for single IP connection
VBR or CBR encoding applications including pool feeds, satellite, web/social
media streaming and live video transmission over public networks.
As with other TVU mobile live video transmitters, TVU Era features easy one button operation and requires virtually no configuration to begin streaming. It works seamlessly within the TVU ecosystem, including its transceivers and TVU Grid, TVU’s award-winning video switching, routing and distribution solution. It also features auto-sensing HD/SD SDI, HDMI and IP inputs.
It’s ideal for field use with its ultra-portable design and rugged enclosure. For remote applications, TE700 is available with an on-board, removable lithium-ion battery allowing more than 100 minutes of live encoding, as well as an optional carrying case.
TVU Era offers LCD touch screen controls. The easy to use interface allows for video preview, system status viewing and control over each transmission. You can also control it from a studio location using a TVU transceiver.
It also live streams to social media platforms and CDNs, allowing you to
transmit live video directly to Facebook Live.
